Refund Policy

Once your subscription is activated and account credentials are delivered, all sales are final. However, we will issue a refund in the following cases:

• ✅ The service fails to start at all — meaning zero channels load and our support team cannot resolve it.
• ✅ A billing error results in a duplicate or incorrect charge.

The following situations are not eligible for a refund, as they are outside of our control:

• ❌ Internet connection issues — slow speeds, ISP throttling, or network outages on your end.
• ❌ Device or player incompatibility — we offer a free trial specifically to test this before purchase.
• ❌ Channel lineup changes — broadcasters occasionally alter or remove content; this is beyond our control.
• ❌ Change of mind after credentials have been delivered and the service is active.
• ❌ Violations of our Terms of Service, including account sharing or misuse.
