At IPTVCND, we work hard to deliver the best IPTV experience in Canada. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By subscribing, you agree to the terms outlined below.

When Are Refunds Issued?

Once your subscription is activated and account credentials are delivered, all sales are final. However, we will issue a refund in the following cases:

✅ We are unable to deliver your account credentials after payment.
✅ The service fails to start at all — meaning zero channels load and our support team cannot resolve it.
✅ A billing error results in a duplicate or incorrect charge.

⚠️

1-Month Subscriptions Are Not Refundable. Because a free trial is already provided to verify device compatibility and stream quality before you buy, and because our costs to provision, activate, and support a monthly account are incurred in full as soon as it is delivered, 1-month plans are excluded from refunds under any of the above cases once credentials have been sent — except where we fail to deliver the account at all. We encourage new customers to use the free trial first, or start with a monthly plan only once you're confident, before committing to a longer-term subscription.

Non-Refundable Situations

The following situations are not eligible for a refund, as they are outside of our control:

❌ 1-month (monthly) subscriptions — not eligible for a refund once activated, in any circumstance covered under Section 2 other than non-delivery. See Section 2 for details.
❌ Internet connection issues — slow speeds, ISP throttling, or network outages on your end.
❌ Device or player incompatibility — we offer a free trial specifically to test this before purchase.
❌ Channel lineup changes — broadcasters occasionally alter or remove content; this is beyond our control.
❌ Change of mind after credentials have been delivered and the service is active.
❌ Violations of our Terms of Service, including account sharing or misuse.
